Direkt neben dem Hotel wird ein 18 Loch Golfplatz gebaut, der jedoch nicht zum Hotel gehört.

Nach der Renovierung und dem Neubau wird die 4 Sterne Kategorie angestrebt. Das Projekt soll im April 2008 fertig gestellt werden.

Das Hotel liegt ca. 100 km südlich von Murcia und 120 km nördlich von Almería. Es befindet sich in Meernähe.

This hotel is just finished and completed furnished in a high standard. In the price there is the golf court included which is used by an apartment complex and also from four 5-star-hotels. Letting Contracts with the apartment complex and the hotels can be taken over.

The building will consist of 3 floors with an imperial staircase and an elevator. The building will be decorated with two towers and a tiled roof and two central roof terraces and an installation room between both of them.

The use of this building will be a hotel with 5 stars.

The mentioned building is a two floored building with two single towers at both extremes of the main front known as Palacio de la Marina and was built between the last years of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. The building was constructed with thick carrying walls, strengthened and covered with wood and finished with flat tiles. Unfortunately the state of the building is a ruin; the only things left are a part of the main front and the two towers, but without covering. The rest of the walls are in a bad state, the majority of the building. Those walls have lost their wooden frame construction and fell to pieces or went completely.

On this plot of land, a separate construction will be built, independent off the old one, which will be together with the green zones a new hotel.
