Situated in the peaceful countryside, on the eastern Costa del Sol, close to Torre del Mar and Nerja. The Bungalow/Studio lays in the garden of a small finca, it is an ideal place to relax, go swimming, country walking, only 10 min. away from the beach, shops, restaurants, disco etc. only 20 min. to Malaga and about 1 hour to Granada and other main sightseeing places.

Bungalow: Mediteranean style bungalow ideal for 2 people with lovely sea- and mountain views, south facing. The bungalow is fully equipped, with its own entrance, comfortable lounge, 1 bedroom with two queen size beds, small dining room, bathroom, kitchen, living area ca. 70 m², and patio, Sat- TV and gas or electric heating for colder winter nights, in total 160 m² at your disposal. The kitchen is fully fitted with microwave, oven, coffee machine etc. The bungalow and all terraces are on one level, so it is an ideal place also for elderley people.

Bed linen and towels will be changed weekly. The tenant must pay electricity, gas and water. The final cleaning is included in the price. Pool and sunterraces can be used by the tenant. Additional Cleaning is possible; a small selection of English books is available.

The bungalow is easy to be reached by a tarmac road, parking place. Own transport is required; the next busstation is about 2, 5 km away. If you would like to rent a car which will be waiting for you at the airport, we can help you.

This is an animal lover’s home with cats and dogs, but unfortunately we can take no more.
