PC, printer, phone, fax, office furniture and a car 4x4 (Mitsubishi). Is to be mentioned here that a big part of the existing contracts are exclusive contracts, what is not usual for Spain, however, for the operator it has many advantages.

It spends shadow and has a view over the pool area, the terracotta pots, with the lovely plants; the fountain creates a very Mediterranean feeling and the view to the sea makes this place very special. The Guest house with a separate entrance is very private. It has a large open terrace again with flower pots. On the covered terrace, is a stone table with matching stone benches and a wonderful view to the sea, it is south orientated. On the open terrace there is a barbeque. The sun lit guest house has a lounge, dining room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen – all fully furnished and equipped – app. 70 m² living area and 150 m² terrace, used as self-catering unit.

It is a very green and well looked after Property. This Cortijo is for nature loving people, it is easy to access on a tarmac road and still peaceful with this enchanting views to the sea and the valley. Very well suited as family property as all amenities lie within 15 minutes by car.

It is also perfect for a business venture, with the possibility to take over a ten years existing Real Estate Office, registered as a Spanish S.L. (Ltd.). The Cortijo and the company will be sold of age of the owner. The office rooms are fully equipped and one can start immediately taking over a business income. Working from home has evident advantages, not least the lack of problems finding a parking space in a crowded city.

The guest house and the guest apartment are used for holiday letting, also there is an income. This also has the advantage that client and estate agent are close by which saves time and complications. Also holiday guests are possible clients.

The maintenance costs of the whole property are very reasonable. The property with is solar system and the own water supply is very economic, taxes less than 300 € per year.
