The apartments are located in a complex built in massive style, with 14 residential units.
Each of these is equipped with a common pool and a basement garage, with storage areas that can be locked away.
The massive main door, made of impregnable pinewood has 3 hinges and a safety lock.
The kitchen is equipped with a modular unit and electrical gadgetry.
A large terrace door with double, 6 mm glass panes renders the living room bright and friendly.
Further, the entire apartment is floored using tiles from the firm Porcelanosa Grupo.
The bathrooms are completely tiled.
All windows are fitted with 4 – 6 mm double panes.
All connections are provided for installing an air-conditioning unit.
Each apartment has its own basement parking lot and a storage room.

Location:

The apartment complex is located close to the centre, in the parish of Palomares / Cuevas del Almanzora, and is located to the north east of the province of Almeria / Andalusia / Spain. It extends over 263 square kilometres, bound on the south and west by the districts of Vera and Antas. On the north are Huercal-Overa and Pulpi.
On the east, towards the Mediterranean Sea, is a 14 kilometre long coast, with fabulous, fine sandy beaches. The nearest big cities are Almeria, Murcia and Granada. The beach is about 800 m from the apartment complex. The nude beach (FKK Strand) is about 2000 m away. The shopping establishments, whether hair dressers, bakeries, doctors, grocery markets or others, can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Large super markets such as Lidl, etc. are just about 5 minutes away by car. Cuevas del Almanzora is about 10 Km away from Palomares.

The surroundings:

The area, recognised as a European Zone with 3000 hours of sunlight every year, is a part of the picturesque and unique enclave, surrounding by several hill ranges such as the
Sierra Cabrera, Sierra Almagrera, Sierra de los Filabres and Sierra Almagro.

All this is intermingled in an impressive manner with golf courses, residential complexes, leisure zones and natural beaches.

Those who visit or have already visited this region
will know the value of fertile plains, where traditional agriculture and farming with irrigation units rub shoulders with modern technology.

Thanks to the lake of Almanzora created by the dam, and the infrastructure, there is assured good irrigation for the farmlands, making this district one of the main areas of agricultural growth in the province.

One of the most popular destinations in Cuevas del Almanzora is the beach with its secluded bays, hemmed in by cliff sides that extend right up to the sea.

Today, this area is famous for its magical location and the mild climate, together with increasing tourism promotion.

Interesting sports centres and picnic spots near Cuevas del Almanzora:

DESERT SPRINGS, VALLE DEL ESTE, MARINA DE LA TORRE and MACENAS
are about 5 to 15 minutes away.

The SIERRA NEVADA Skiing Centre is approximately 90 minutes away.

The CASTLE dating back to the Middle Ages, and the ALMANZORA (cave museum) as well as the lake created by the dam, and the ROWING CANAL are about 5 minutes away.

The LUIS SIRET (archaeological site) is about 2 minutes away.

The castle of the VELEZ FAMILY, dating back to the Middle Ages, and the historic CAVES of LETREROS, all located within the SIERRA MARIA Natural Park, are just about 45 minutes away.

The Sobras Plaster Caves are a mere 25 minutes or so away.

The Phoenician city of BARIA en VALLARICOS, one of the oldest cities in Europe, is approximately 3 minutes away.
